Yajome IPA:
An inviting orange hued IPA that is both approachable and complex. The Yajome starts with strong citrus, tropical fruit, and pine aromas that melt into melon, earthiness, and dankiness. The body is malty sweet with biscuit and orange marmalade flavors. Someone described it to us as reminding them of "a toaster strudel with orange jam," so let's go with that. There's a slight warmth at the end and then the satisfying bite of hop bitterness.

HOPS: Mosaic, Idaho 7, Ekuanot, Jarrylo

Monte Vista Juicy IPA:
A deep gold White IPA with a rocky white head, Monte Vista has aromas of bright orchard fruit and banana. There are also notes of subtle earthiness and pine. Orange jam and biscuit flavors cascade over the palate with a slightly resinous, but not too full of a body. It finishes with effervescence and a very light bitterness with a touch of sweetness.

HOPS: Azacca, El Dorado, Citra, Ekuanot

Coombs Saison:
A light and dry version of the classic Belgian farmhouse style. The nose opens with aromas of lemon, banana, clove, and finishes with a faint peppery spice and notes of hay. The body is light and effervescent, with subtle notes of sourdough and lemon peel. The yeast contributes a little earthiness and a very faint funkiness. The beer is golden with a very slight haze from the yeast as this will help the beer grow in complexity as it ages.

Big Ranch Belgian Blonde Ale:
With local citrus. A bright, straw colored, refresher. This blonde is brewed with lots of locally sourced lemon and orange peels so the nose is bursting with aromas of both sweet and bitter orange peel, lemon, and mandarin. The body is light with flavors reminiscent of a lemon tart. The finish is dry and citrusy, with bubbles dancing on the tongue.

Barrow Hazy Kettle Sour
A full-bodied kettle sour. We took our original kettle sour and fermented it with our hazy yeast, then dry hopped it with Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado. This leads to a very tropical and slightly tart beer with a little hoppiness and funkiness.

*A kettle sour is a beer where the souring organisms are introduced in the kettle, where it’s a held at a fermenting temperature for 24-48 hours and then boiled to kill off the organisms. Doing this creates a beer that is tart not super sour and will NOT continue to sour as the beer ages.

Capps Belgian Dubbel with Candy Cap Mushrooms:
Brewed with locally sourced candy cap mushrooms, the Capps is deep copper with a rocky off-white head, and gives a strong aroma of maple syrup. The nose then presents a complex mix of caramel, oak, vanilla, dried dark fruits, and finishes with a soft warmth from the alcohol. The body is full with a rich, syrupy sweetness that flows into flavors of stone fruit and a slight earthiness. The finish is smooth and sweet with a comforting warmth that lingers on the palate.
ABV: 7.7%

Soscol Amber Ale:
Starting with it’s deep amber appearance and rocky tan head, this is an old school amber ale. Very light citrus notes are followed by earthiness and pine. The body is roasty and toasty with biscuit, rye bread, coffee, and caramel/toffee flavors. The finish is sweet and full.

Merritt Hazy IPA
Pouring a deep hazy straw color with a rocky white head, the Merritt bursts with tropical fruit flavors. After the strong mango/starfruit/guava aromas, there are subtle banana and pine notes. The body is smooth and full with only a slight breadiness. That fullness is partly swept up by the fizz of carbonation and pleasant hop bitterness.
